About the Graduate Teaching Assistant Role:

In this exciting Primary Teaching Assistant position you will be working in a specific class based on your skills, experience, and personal preference. Your time will be divided between in class support, 1:1 tutoring and leading booster and intervention groups and part of your job will involve helping to orchestrate interesting lessons. In general, you will be absorbing knowledge and training on the school's continued professional development plan and working alongside an experienced Senior Teacher. Part of your role will include impressing your colleagues with the hope of gaining a placement on the School Direct programme with the school.
