Job description

Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor or Learning Mentor who has experience supporting students with social, emotional and mental health difficulties?

We are currently seeking a Learning or Behaviour Mentor who is available on a full time, and long term basis for a fantastic primary school.

The school have high standards, outstanding learning and believe that everyone can be a role model. Therefore, they are seeking someone who fits in within these values and is ambitious about working in a primary school.

Main responsibilities:

  • Working with small groups and on a one to one basis
  • Supporting the Teacher to ensure expectations of students are met
  • Help with learning and behaviour

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience as a Behaviour or Learning Mentor
  • A Degree or Teaching Assistant qualification
  • A good attitude who is flexible in their approach to working with students
  • Available on a long term and full time basis
