You will have an inspirational character which enables you to motivate pupils to achieve the best in academic and personal endeavors. The ideal individual should be able to thrive in their new school and keep their pupils on track through their supportive approach. Learning Mentor Role:
In this Graduate Teaching Assistant post you will be supporting students across the Key Stages and will be involved in the whole of the English curriculum. Part of your role will include propelling your career prospects to new heights with the chance to join the schools tailor-made CPD programme. The school are keen for the hired Graduate Teaching Assistant to support a range of classrooms, utilising not just the facilities available but also the support and guidance on hand in the form of an experienced teacher who will act as your personal mentor when you join the school. You will have the opportunity to work closely with students of all abilities allowing you to grow into a superb practitioner.
