This is a non case holding role which aims to give good services to Care Leaves aged 16-25; providing help, support, opportunities, and encouragement to progress to live independent lives. We require an experienced, skilled team manager with knowledge of Leaving Care; a Team player who brings the best out of young people, staff and delivers Good Outcomes to timescales whilst working towards consistency and building resilience.
