Information and Assessment Officer - - Based in East London

Remedy Social Care are looking for an experienced Information and Assessment Officer

Responsible to a Senior Practitioner, the post holder will work as a member of the Information & Assessment Team with Social Workers providing an effective, customer focused, and fully accessible first point of contact assessment service for Adult Social Care.
