Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Independent Reviewing Officer (IRO) to work within a Childrens Team for a Local Authority based in South London.

Job Purpose

Working closely with the Group Managers of Quality Assurance you will review Children's plans in a way which leads to improve standards of social work practice and outcomes for the boroughs Children. You will hold a caseload of Children and young people from diverse backgrounds, building solid relationships with them and the team around them.

• You will possess excellent communication, analytical and written skills
• You will be a creative thinker and problem solver
• HCPC registered
• You must have worked in a similar team
