Our Client based in West London requires an Independent Living Assessor (Social Care Assistant) to join their Review Team.

The Role:

Supporting the social work and occupational therapy teams to provide social care services, equipment and minor adaptations. Promoting the independence and well being of residents in the Borough.

• Social Care experience
