The initial contract is for 3 months with a possibility of extension depending on performance and results.

Duties are to undertake a full range of debt recovery and management processes that enable residents and customers to efficiently and effectively reduce their level of arrears.

To adopt an approach that engages with customers through efficient but flexible working and promote the timely payment of rents, service charges, water charges, invoices and other monies.
