The school benefits from a stable, strong and highly supportive SLT and the headteacher has taken the school from strength to strength.
This would be the ideal starting point for a mainstream teacher seeking to make the move into SEN as the needs of students are moderate to complex but the support, induction, in job training and CPD investment that the school offers will ensure a well managed and successful transition.
