Huddersfield, Qualified Social Workers x 3, Hospital

Remedy Social Care team are working with Yorkshire to recruit 3 full time Social Workers. We can consider part time social workers as well.

Ideally you will need to have hospital experience to work in this busy team.

Main duties include:

• Carry out face-face assessments on service users in hospital
• Facilitate hospital discharges
• Provide a service from Monday to Friday
• Pick up Adult Safeguarding work
• Carry out mental capacity act assessments/Best Interest Decisions/Care Act Assessments
• The team also cover duty

Essential requirements:

• Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
• Registration with Social Work England with ASYE complete
• Hospital social work experience
