Housing - Senior Sales & Leasing Officer- East London

Remedy Recruitment are currently working with a local authourity in East london and are seeking a Senior Sales and Leasing Officer.

The successful candidate will require the following

• Deliver new schemes and products, working with stakeholders to ensure the scheme introduction is smooth and compliant and that use of assets is maximised.
• Provide and deliver a range of specialist/premium services to My Place tenants, leaseholders and Home Owners, ensuring they are accessible, relevant and in line with best practise.
• Represent the Council and the My Place service with both internal and external stakeholders, forums and meetings.
• Contribute to S20 consultation and analysis of outcomes as required and take a lead role in activities and implementation of outcomes.
• Understand and keep up to date with developments, best practice and guidance with regard to Sales & Leases services to provide information and guidance to stakeholders and other parts of the organisation and ensure that the Council delivers high quality outcomes for customers.
• Act as a key point of contact for premium leaseholders and tenants, building strong relationships, promoting tenant/leaseholder responsibility and working to establish clear understanding for tenants and leaseholders of roles and responsibilities.
• Working independently and remotely to carry out key activities on behalf of the My Place service.
