Job Purpose

To assess, investigate and respond to tenancy and estate management related complaints / Councillors enquiry

To provide formal response to complaint and members enquiries

To act as a central triaging / facilitator for tenancy and estate management casework

You will need to be:

HCPC registered

Eligible to work in the UK
