Job Purpose

• To be responsible for project management of new build residential projects including the management of consultants and contractors
• To specify, commission and carry out investigations and option appraisals to deliver new build residential projects levering in external investment where required
• To identify new development opportunities and carry out viability assessments of proposed schemes for consideration by the appropriate governance structure with the Council
