This role is a non case holding management role.

The successful candidate must;

1. Be able to recognise and respond to risk in a timely manner ensuring clear interventions are in place and cases are not in drift
2. Be able to ensure effective supervision and build upon SWs strengths and resilience
3. Have a sound knowledge of legislation surrounding CIN, CP, PLO, Care Proceedings and Private Law and be able to effectively apply threshold balancing risk and early intervention
4. Be able to manage a fast paced team/duty system being clear on risk, threshold and confidently make decisions.
