Remedy Recruitment Group are looking for a Homeowner Advise Officer for a Local Authority in South East London.

Job Purpose

Be part of a team providing a dedicated advice and information service to the borough's leaseholders, and ensure that queries are answered fully, accurately and within the council's agreed timescales.

Communicate with leaseholders by telephone, email, letter, live support chat and face-to-face.

Work collaboratively with other council departments and teams to gather information as necessary when preparing customer responses.

Take ownership of and manage a portfolio of queries to ensure that they are followed through and that the customer is kept fully updated on progress.

A good knowledge of leasehold issues, including but not limited to: service charges; repairs and maintenance responsibilities; current law and legislation.

Exemplary customer service skill are essential.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered
