This role will be to carry out statutory reviews of housing register and homelessness decisions under s167 and s202 Housing Act 1996. Also reviews of the suitability of temporary accommodation under s202 Housing Act 1996.

You must have a good knowledge of homelessness legislation and case law is required. Also good communication skills, in particular an ability to write good, sound decision letters.

This role is offered on a rolling basis to start as soon as possible.
