Remedy Recruitment Group are looking for a Homelessness Investigation Officer for a Local Authority in Northamptonshire.

Job Purpose

To work as part of a team undertaking interviews of households who are homeless or threatened with homelessness within 28 days, in accordance with the legislative definition. Taking written applications and making effective enquiries under section 184 of the Housing Act 1996 Part VII. Collating relevant information and evidence to support the section 184 decision reached in conclusion of the enquiries.

To contribute to the Housing and Well being service plan and work within a performance framework to meet the targets in accordance with the legislation and service policies.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered
