HLTA/PPA Cover Teacher - Lewisham SEN Primary School - ASAP Start - Long term - 3 days per week

A 'Good' graded SEN Primary School in Lewisham currently on a journey towards Outstanding, is searching for an additional HLTA/Cover Teacher to join their team of cover staff. As a HLTA Cover Teacher you will be covering scheduled PPA across different year groups on a full-time basis.

Depending on your experience and preferences, you can have flexibility over year groups you teach, i.e if you love KS1 and KS2 the school can accommodate, where-as if your strengths lie with upper KS2, the school can also accommodate. The current HLTA Cover Teachers are very experienced and flexible.

You will be covering the same classes, allowing you to build a rapport with the class and get to know the children. As part of your role, you will be planning and delivering lessons, as well as delivering some pre planned lessons. You will get half a day a week out of the classroom for your own PPA planning time.

Requirements:

• Experienced TA/HLTA that has covered classes previously
• Confident, enthusiastic and motivated
• Able to work full-time
• Able to commute to Lewisham/Southwark
