Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Head of Service for Quality Assurance and Practice Development for Southwark Councils Childrens Social Care Department.

Job Purpose

Managing a range of service managers responsible for mainly CP Conference Chairs / IROs / LADO and the whole range of issues and challenges that comes along with this.

Also responsible for Service Manager for Practice Development (training and ASYE programs etc); Service Manager running our audit and learning program; and Service Manager overseeing all performance and data requirements.
