This role focuses on Service Improvement within a front line children's service.

You will be leading the improvements leading up to OFSTED monitoring visits. You will also be managing and working alongside a Deputy Manager post holder covering R&A and MASH.

This role will have a strong emphasis on improvement and performance across the service.

This will be a lengthy assignment, for a minimum of 6 months to start ASAP.
