Surrey Heartlands CCG and Surrey County Council are seeking an experienced senior commissioner to join our Integrated Children's Commissioning Team. The role will have a pivotal part to play in shaping and delivering services for children with additional needs, including those requiring Personal Support, Young Carers, Habilitation and a broad range of children's community health services.

With the ability to:
