My client are looking for 3 Learning Support Assistant's who are aspiring teachers and looking to develop their career before going on to do their PGCE.

You will be an ambitious Graduate who has gained at least a second class Degree and are looking to gain as much experience as possible before going on to gain QTS and become a Teacher. This school are searching for a graduate who is able to research the UK school curriculum and demonstrate knowledge of this to become a future teacher. You will also be able to relate to their students and actively contribute to their learning with your knowledge of the curriculum. The experienced teachers you work with will help you to design various training activities to develop your unique teaching technique
