A sought after opportunity is currently vacant for an ambitious and dedicated aspiring teacher.

My client, a primary school in Croydon , is looking to appoint exceptional graduates to work as teaching assistants for a 1 year placement. The school offer a scheme which encourages, and supports, you as you take your first steps in education. The school is keen to assist and nurture graduates to reach their full potential.

The successful individual will be a graduate who seeks to gain as much experience as possible in the education sector before going on to gain QTS and become a teacher. You will be confident in your ability but also display a willingness to learn. You will be supporting the class teacher to deliver a wide range of subjects. A knowledge of the current curriculum is a bonus but not essential. You will have a kind and compassionate nature, and possess the patience and skills in order to instil confidence in the children that you are working with so that they can reach their maximum potential.
