Primary Teaching Assistant - Learning Support Assistants
1st or 2-1 degree core or psychology degree required
East London / Essex
£300-400 per week (Before Tax)
Perfect classroom experience for aspiring teacher

As a successful primary teaching assistant you would need to be a recent graduate from a top university who has achieved a 2-1 or better in psychology or a core subject. Previous experience working with children would be ideal but it doesn't have to be within a school setting. If you find yourself lacking in experience but are still passionate about pursuing a career in primary education and are eager to make you first steps, then this role could still be ideal for you.

Forming meaningful relationships with others and engaging with both pupils and other staff members are vital ingredients to make this primary teaching assistant role work. The school want to see that you have the potential to build trust with the students and engage them within activities that will support and nurture their learning.
