Ideally, the school need a Graduate Primary LSA who is able to think on their feet and cope with a heavy work load. About the Graduate Primary LSA - SEN Role
As a Graduate Primary LSA in SEN your role will involve you assisting with general support throughout the school. You will be mentored by a SENCO and taking on 1:1 sessions and booster groups will give you exciting teaching responsibilities. In general, you will be supporting SEN pupils through the academic, social and personal elements of school life. As a Graduate Primary LSA on SEN you will be assisting teachers throughout the school wherever you are needed and receiving support and guidance from the Special Educational Needs Coordinator.
