The school are looking for a charismatic graduate who has an impressive academic record and a 2:1 or better in their degree. The successful Teaching Assistant will have worked with children in either a volunteer or paid role previously. The school want to meet Teaching Assistants who have a love of learning and strong personal skills that will help them form strong bonds. You will want to act as a positive role model and have a love of extra curricular activities. You should have your own passion for education that you want to instil in your pupils

About the Teaching Assistant role

As a Year 6 Teaching Assistant you will be supporting the learning of a specific Year 6 pupil who has learning difficulties.
