Job description

Calling all Graduates with a passion for education!

My client is a well facilitated, secondary school based in the borough of Lambeth. They are looking to appoint a experienced and dedicated SEN TAs to join them for after the half term.

I am looking for inspiring individuals who encourage learning and understand the importance of building confidence in order to access all abilities and levels.

You will be specifically linked to statemented pupils at the school, so the main bulk of the post will be 1:1 support but there will be an element of class support.

The school is looking for an individual who is passionate, enthusiastic, with some relevant experience but all backgrounds are welcome. An understanding of, or experience working with Autism and speech and language needs would be of great benefit but is not essential. You will need to be able to hit the ground running so class experience is essential.

Applicants will be selected for this role based on attitude and experience, the school is keen to find a LSA who will fit into the hard working ethos of the school. This is an excellent place to work with incredible staff and wonderful facilities. You will have the opportunity to work with inspiring leaders in education and will have the chance to learn from the best.

The school's founding vision is, regardless of background or previous attainment, to ensure every pupil succeeds. The Headteacher is looking for someone who share this vision so only passionate people with a good work ethic and 'can do' attitude need apply.

If you are looking for a career in education or are looking to eventually work as a teacher, this role is for you, do not hesitate to send in your CV to Natalie or call Natalie Abel on 02084181390 for further information!
