Strong Teacher of Geography -

Hackney

This School located in Hackney requires a strong, spirited and dynamic Geography Teacher that has, ideally, previously worked within a similar setting or with challenging students in small groups. You will be required to teach KS3 Geography and have strong classroom management skills. The ability to teach additional subjects would be advantageous.

This post is to start in September on permanent basis.

This role is ideal for a teacher who has the experience of working within a special or mainstream school.The school has tailor made learning programmes for the individual students, you will assist with the delivery of these individualised programmes enabling students to access the National Curriculum and promote the school's commitment to inclusive education. You will be an effective communicator liaising with staff, parents and external agencies.

This is a challenging yet extremely rewarding role and will suit the right person with the right temperament and skill in handling students with behavioural difficulties.

Must have relevant experience and be qualified to teach in the UK.
