My client at the London Borough of Lambeth is currently recruiting for an experienced Fostering Social Worker to carry out SGO and Fostering assessments.

Requirements for the Role

• Experience and understanding of Fostering and Special guardianship assessment.
• Excellent report writing skills and ability to analyse applicants' strengths and weakness.
• Ability to work under pressure and produce report within deadlines
• Attention to detail and ability to quality assure own reports.
• Experience in undertaking complex assessment for Fostering and adoption panels as well as SGO assessments for the courts would be an advantage.

This vacancy will initially be for 3 months, with opportunity for extension after.
