Job description

Remedy Education has a fantastic opportunity for a vibrant, energetic teacher to work in a small and nurturing independent school. This is a real opportunity for you to really enjoy your teaching; with small classes of sixteen pupils where you will be able to make a real impact.

The role is to start from September 2018 and would be Long term/Permanent

The school day is structured to drive the children's learning in the morning in a quest for excellence. The school is full of motivated children with willingness to listen and learn and encourages sporting activities and educational visits to make the most of the opportunities available in the surrounding area.

Ideally you will have one year or more of teaching experience, however, excellent NQTs may apply.

Do you have:

· A very personable manner and be an excellent communicator?

· Motivation to deliver the best education and learning experience?

· A desire to work in a small, nurturing school and be creative in your approach to learning?

· The ability to provide a stimulating classroom environment where pupils may happily say when they do not understand

· Experience of setting clear objectives, which challenge children's enquiring minds in the pursuit of excellence?

· A desire to provide a structured environment where children can actively engage in discussion, debate or drama, as well as quiet surroundings for learning and investigating?

· The skills to respond to the individual needs of the members of the class, working to their own levels and helping pupils achieve their potential?
