Remedy are seeking an exams officer to start working ASAP for the next 4 months and then potentially longer term.

We are looking for someone who has strong IT and accurate data input skills with lots of administrative experience with an excellent eye for detail.

This is a pressurised role that requires someone who is focused and can work to tight deadlines.

It is full-time - 36 hrs - Monday to Friday for 4 months (with a possibility to work long term) working for a large, dynamic and high quality provider of adult learning.

In this post you will assist the Exams Office in all areas of exam administration from processing exam entries & recording of achievements to invigilating examinations (training is provided). The post will report to the Exams Manager.

You must have a good understanding of administrative systems and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office along with excellent time management skills.

You must have good communication skills, with the ability to deal with people from a variety of different backgrounds and be a good team player.

Working to tight deadlines is essential with the ability to work well under pressure.

Proven experience in an examination related or further education administrative role is desirable but not essential.

A flexible approach to working hours is essential as occasional evening work will be required.
