Experienced Housing Estate Services Supervisor opportunity to ensure that all necessary functions of the services are maintained with appropriate liaison with the Estate Services Manager or Head of Service.

In this role you will provide leadership, supervision and support to caretakers, including 1-1's and annual appraisals. You will also be responsible for organising cover within the team as well as prioritising work distribution. You will be required to liaise fully with residents, members, contractors and other sections as well as reporting and monitoring communal repairs, monitor contractors and carryout quality control checks.
