Estate Services Officer
£23,500 - £26,000
An experienced Estate Services Officer required to provide administrative support to ensure the successful mobilisation of major new estate services contracts.
Provide administrative support in the management of estate services contracts post inception to ensure effective delivery of grounds maintenance and cleaning contracts to all Aldwyck residents.
Visit estates as and when required over the Beds, Bucks and Herts area to monitor service provision of estate service providers.
Provide any ad-hoc duties at the request of the estate services managers
Ensure estate information held is robust and comprehensive.
Produce management information on the performance of estate services providers as and when required.
Liaise with colleagues from other departments regarding customer queries and contractor performance
Preparing necessary paperwork, maintain project files, take minutes and coordinate meetings.
Monitor contractor's performance in the delivery of cleaning and grounds maintenance service.
Report to the Estate Services Managers issues of poor performance.
Chase Housing Officers for any missing estate inspections
Provide estate inspection reports
To attend all One-to-Ones and co-operate in the regular review of this Job Description. Attend all team, departmental and organisational meetings as required.
To carry out any other duties necessary to ensure that the contractors are delivering the service in accordance with the term brief
