The school is an established unit that is well recognised for its constant progress and innovative methods. You will join a hardworking and committed team of staff who put the students' needs at the heart of everything.

English Teacher (SEN School)- Person Specification:

• A good / outstanding Teacher of English with QTS
• Able to teach the Secondary Curriculum across KS3 and KS4 including Entry Level and GCSE qualifications
• Experienced (ideally) in and passionate about working with SEMH pupils
• Effective at coaching and mentoring
• Enthusiastic, dedicated and resilient
• Committed to raising standards and improving pupil's life chances to achieve their potential
• An experienced leader who inspires colleagues and holds them to account
• A flexible team player
• Committed to continuing professional development
