Person Specification - English Teacher
The successful applicant will be a resourceful English Teacher who has some previous experience in an inner city school and is able to push standards to continue to improve. You must have the energy and passion to adjust quickly and be immediately effective. You should have the capability to balance pastoral responsibilities whilst driving forward best practice teaching. This is a very supportive school, so are also taking applications from ambitious NQT's who want start their career the right way in a nurturing school setting.
