This English Graduate Teaching Assistant role will see the successful applicant joining a supportive English department. You will be working alongside the different class teachers to provide support whilst teaching the core subject across KS3, KS4 and KS5. As an English Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will take part in one-to-one and small group booster sessions for high and achieving students to help improve progression in the understanding in the subject. Eventually you will gain your own style of teaching to lead your own pre-planned lessons.

The school are keen to meet with an English Graduate Teaching Assistant who has had a positive education experience with great academic grades, including a 2.1 or high in their degree and A-C GCSEs in Maths and English. The 'Good' school wants an English Graduate with professional communication skills. The English Graduate Teaching Assistant will have a genuine love for their subject and must be excited to train as an English Teacher in the foreseeable future.
