Electrical Contract Officer required for a local authority based in SE London.

You will be predominantly responsible for electrical responsive repairs and cyclical maintenance, but may also carry out contract administration duties on small Residential & Commercial schemes undertaken by the team.

Key Duties:

Management of the contractor through tight relationships, budget management and technical understanding.

Forensic fault finding across electrical systems.

understanding of commercial electrical systems.

Understanding of Legislation and compliance.
