Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Educational Psychologist to work within East Sussex Council.

Job Purpose

To assist the Inclusion, Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Services in providing an efficient, responsive and professional educational psychology service for young people aged 0-25 years through delivery of quality assessments, statutory and non-statutory/traded services in accordance with SEND processes.

• Work as a member of an integrated multi-disciplinary team, providing high quality psychological advice to staff across the service, supporting wider delivery of interventions.
• Improve outcomes for children and families through consultation and capacity building in a range of settings, including mainstream and special schools, academies and free schools.
• Take the lead in person centred planning meetings, providing relevant information as required to enable a comprehensive assessment of children and young people with a view to securing improved outcomes
• Support the delivery of commissioned work as agreed and work within the key principles of a commissioning framework.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered
