This position would suit a confident individual who has experience supporting SEBD children and an impressive academic record as well has great experience. You should have a confident approach to challenging situations and a skill for developing important relationships. As an SEMH Teaching Assistant the school has many extracurricular activities available for you to get involved in and progress your teaching practice under the instruction of a SENCO mentor.
