You will have the ability to display the skills required to motivate, inspire and challenge the pupils to succeed. The Headteacher wants to recruit a graduate with a natural ease with strangers and the ability to rapidly form relationships and empathy and maturity.

About the Role
This ASD Learning Support Assistant role involves you working on an individual basis with a student with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
