Surveyor required to provide specialist technical surveying expertise and guidance on disrepair claims and be responsible for the delivery of works to time and budget.

The post holder will offer excellent customer service to tenants and leaseholders who are in the disrepair process, ensuring properties are maintained or returned to an agreed standard and quality.

The role will involve working in partnership with a wide range of stakeholders both inside and outside of the Council to ensure effective delivery and acting as a key contact in the case of disputes to ensure effective delivery and acting as a key contact in the case of disputes.
