Our client, Derbyshire County Council is looking for a Social Work to join their Assessment team.

Experience of working with MOSAIC.
Experience of working in an assessment team.
Robust social care assessment skills.
Learning disability experience.
Worked under the Care Act 2014.
Must be a hard worker and can work autonomously.
Excellent communication skills.

* Qualifications required - Social Worker qualification and current HCPC registration

You will need to be:

Social work england registered
Eligible to work in the UK
Atleast 1 year post qualifying experience
