Job description

Deputy Team Manager, Children in Need, North London, up to £37ph

If you thrive on building effective and creative relationships with key professionals we want to hear from you. You will work in a prime location in London where children are firmly at the centre of service delivery.


You will have previous experience managing a Childrens social work team as Deputy Manager or Team Manager.

You also must have experience in a similar team carrying out duties such as assessments, section 47's, court work, Public Law Outline, Child Protection and Children in Need plans.

Essential requirements:

  • A social work qualification (degree in social work, DipSW, CQSW or equivalent recognised social work qualification
  • HCPC registration as a Social Worker
  • Experience of assessing risk and making plans to safeguard children
  • Social work management experience
