Job description

This role is for a Head of Service for Single Point of Access ( MASH ); Croydon Supporting Families ( Assessment and Brief Intervention including Edge of Care Team ); Family Solutions Service ( locality based Targeted Early Help) and Young Croydon ( YOS; Youth Engagement and Adolescent Team response to Exploitation). Our client is looking for someone to step into this post from the end of October/ early November. The role will be for 3-5 months dependant on permanent recruitment into the role.

This role will be for a 37 hour week. The successful candidate will have considerable recent experience of leading services in these areas; high competence at decision making at pace and response to complex high risk including incidences of Serious Youth Violence.
A key skill is maintaining and developing partnership relationships as partnership working is throughout all of these services.
High level of data analysis and financial management skills; systems knowledge relevant to the areas of practice leadership
Experience of change management supporting staff effectively in an interim role.
Knowledge and experience of systemic approaches to practice desirable.
