Cover Supervisor - Greenwich

One of our partner school located in the Greenwich are currently looking for a long term cover supervisor - you will be fulfilling pre-set classwork to up to classes of 30 students. This will provide you with first-hand teaching experience across multiple departments and subjects. Whilst being placed in

Remedy Education are currently working with multiple secondary schools in the Greenwich and its surrounding areas and are therefore looking for general cover supervisors to register for both short and long term sickness within a school. We are currently supporting multiple schools within the Greenwich area that are needing causal support to cover staff sickness. With the significant growth of teaching personnel, we are currently in demand of general day to day cover supervisors.

Highlights of working as a cover supervisor:

• Earning potential of between £85 -£95 per day, depending upon number of days works and LEA/experience/specialism.
• Cover work in a variety or just a small number of local secondary schools in Greenwich
• Consistent supply where schools often ask for the same cover back providing continuity and consistency.
• Regular CPD opportunities with Teaching Personnel and access to an online diary and system providing full flexibility.

As a cover supervisor within this school, you have got a great opportunity of learning valuable experience within a Secondary school setting, you will also be given an opportunity of understanding more of the school career ladder with the chance to progress in your career through the school. We find that cover supervisors seem to have a lot more potential of staying within one school for a longer-term placement if applicable.

The Greenwich area usually works on a more reactive basis in the mornings, requesting a variety of general cover on a larger basis. Therefore, we will currently be looking for those supervisors that are available for work on a more daily basis.
