Cover Teacher - East London - Flexible Supply / Long-Term Opportunities

Remedy Education are currently recruiting for confident and adaptable Cover Teachers to work across a range of schools in East London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced teachers, cover supervisors, instructors, or education professionals who are confident leading classes and maintaining a positive learning environment. We work with schools across East London who require reliable cover staff for day-to-day supply, short-term bookings, and longer-term opportunities.

The Role:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Managing classroom behaviour and keeping pupils engaged
• Supporting pupils with their learning during teacher absence
• Working across different year groups and school settings
• Following school policies, safeguarding procedures, and behaviour expectations
• Providing feedback to teaching staff where required
• Creating a calm, structured and productive classroom environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have previous teaching, cover supervisor, tutoring, or classroom experience
• Be confident managing groups of pupils
• Have strong behaviour management skills
• Be flexible, reliable and professional
• Be able to adapt quickly to different school environments
• Hold QTS, PGCE, or relevant classroom experience
