Cover Supervisor - Stratford - September Start - Full Time

We are currently recruiting for a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join a supportive secondary school based in Stratford for a September start.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to build a career in education, gain classroom experience, or progress towards teacher training in the future. The school is looking for someone with strong communication skills, a calm approach, and the ability to manage a classroom effectively.

The Role:

• Supervising classes in the absence of the class teacher
• Delivering pre-planned work across a range of subjects
• Managing classroom behaviour and keeping pupils focused
• Supporting students with learning tasks and classroom expectations
• Reporting progress, behaviour, and any issues back to teaching staff
• Helping maintain a positive and structured learning environment
• Supporting the wider school where required

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have previous experience working with young people
• Be confident leading a classroom
• Have strong behaviour management skills
• Be reliable, proactive, and professional
• Have excellent communication and organisation skills
• Be interested in working within education long term
