Our client, Cornwall Council is looking for a Principal Social Worker to join their Hospital Discharge team.

Working in a multidiscipline team to prioritise hospital discharges under time constraints.
Full time working Friday - Monday inclusive, with hours to meet the demands of the service.

Essential requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
* Registration with Social Work England
* ASYE completed
