This role is to work within the Children's Centre as a member of the multi-disciplinary, locality team of professionals to improve outcomes for children under 5 and their families. This will include the assessment of needs, providing practical support and advice, the implementation of planned programmes of work with families and the monitoring and evaluation of progress.

Knowledge and experience of the foundation stage would be welcomed.
