Job description

Our client, Central Bedfordshire Council, is looking for a Project Manager with Facilities Management experience to manage accommodation moves as well as minor building design/ works.

The role will be to;

- Provide efficient, accurate and customer focused support across a range of projects and programmes. This includes; planning and scheduling of projects, data collection and analysis, the production of management reports, budget monitoring and supporting stakeholders and customers.

- Be proficient and have experience of managing and collaborating to meet the end result.

- Apply and contribute to gathering data for statutory returns and other research based intelligence.

- Improve service area with continued improvements.
